Positive: The living room is well laid out with lots of natural light. Also appreciated it was dog friendly.

Negative: I’m not a fan of rain showers, but I know a lot of people are. This could be the only negative I could say.

Summary: Great location as walkable to the convention center. Dog friendly. Modern decor.

Positive: My dryer was broken for three weeks I was there . Just a bunch of lies about the handyman coming to fix it. Never got done

Negative: No housekeeping on hand very inconvenient. They leave things ppl don’t need the most of downstairs but not what you really need like hand towels and face towels sheets are pillowcase .

Summary: I love the place but need new management before the building go down .

Positive: The apartment was fully furnished and had plenty of space. Great location without a lot of riff raff.

Negative: The apartment was not clean. There were ants in every room of the apartment (that bit); The floors were not mopped; The fridge had crumbs in it; there was a bed sheet on the balcony couch; there was dust on the kitchenware on counter; the bathroom had mold in shower; there were staid on the walls; and hair in one of the beds. The location was great but Google shows it comes with parking and we ended up having to pay to park a block away in an unaffiliated garage.

Summary: The price point and location was great, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing.

Positive: Location and funky style of the property, It was also very clean!

Negative: Having the gym open 24hr as it was on level 3 And we stayed on level 2 so there was lots of noise and thudding at all times of the day and night. Would recommend to have restricted access hours or noise curfew. Suggestion open from 6am to 10pm.

Negative: My family didn’t really have any extraordinary demands regarding the accommodation for a few-days vacation in the city. Unfortunately the bed was broken down in one of bedroom. After contacting the landlord there was no answer and solution. My son tried to sleep on it as if he was being inside a bird nest. The other thing: the place would deserve a good deep cleaning

Positive: Absolutely love the location of this property and the convenience of it all. It was in the center of all of our activities.

Negative: Checked in a little late and was having issues with the door code. Due to it being after 8 PM, it took a while to get the code on the door reset and a new code to enter the unit. There is no doorman or 24 hour on site front desk.
